- Do Not Hesitate to Seek Help
For Players Aged 21 and Above Only
To open an account at 80hi7 and play any game, you must be at least 21 years old. Access to our platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Age verification is an integral part of our security process.
The Six Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Following these principles will help you play in a healthy and enjoyable way.
Set a Budget
Before you start playing, decide on a fixed budget that you can afford to lose. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit and stick to it strictly. The minimum deposit at 80hi7 is just ৳500.
Respect Your Time Limits
Do not play for long stretches without a break. Set a session timer for yourself. 80hi7 encourages you to track your playing time and take breaks. Regular breaks keep your mind refreshed.
Self-Exclusion Feature
If you feel your playing is getting out of control, contact our support to activate self-exclusion. This feature can suspend your account temporarily or permanently.
Do Not Chase Lost Money
Do not try to win back lost money by placing more bets — this can make things worse. Every game is independent and previous results do not influence future results.
Entertainment is the Only Goal
Never view online betting or casino games as a source of income or a solution to everyday expenses. It is simply a form of entertainment. Do not play when you are under stress or feeling anxious.
Stay Aware
Stay aware of the signs of gambling addiction. Talk openly with your loved ones. Remember — seeking help is a sign of courage, not weakness. The 80hi7 support team is always there for you.
Our Protection Tools
80hi7 provides these tools to give you complete control over your gaming.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum amount you will deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. There is a waiting period to increase the limit, which protects you from impulsive decisions. Contact our support team to use this tool.
Time-Out
If you want to take a short break, the time-out feature can temporarily suspend your account — from one week up to one month. During this time you will not be able to place bets or make deposits. The time-out cannot be cancelled during the period.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, activate self-exclusion. It can keep your account completely closed for 6 months to 5 years. Requests to reactivate the account while self-exclusion is active will not be accepted. Contact our support to activate it.
Gaming History Review
By logging into your account, you can view your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Analyse your playing patterns and make changes if needed. Transparency is at the heart of our responsible gaming policy.
Reality Check
A reminder is sent at set intervals showing your session time and total profit or loss. This reminder keeps you aware of your current status and helps you take a break at the right time.
